- Feedback to and from credit providers
- Deadline driven, as there are strict timelines involve
- Preparing documents to go to attorneys for consent orders and opposing affidavit
- Debt counselling processes in terms of the national credit act
- Attend to queries coming in via e-mail and via telephone from clients and credit providers
- Implement a structured admin process
- Do daily reports and stats on all applications coming into the system
- Assist with training of new staff
- Assist with new marketing ideas
