- Follow up with legal process with attorney for prepping.
- Follow up with attorneys on obtaining court dates.
- Sending affidavits to clients, follow up on returning them, and forwarding back to attorneys.
- Follow up on consent orders and upload them onto system.
- Advise clients and creditors of court dates, and of consent orders obtained.
- Follow up on missing documents that attorneys require.
- Dealing with correspondents between attorneys, clients and franchisees.
- Update the system with all actions taken.
- Attend to all incoming calls.
- Update client info on system.
- Keep within service level agreements (time-frames).
- Queries incoming from clients and creditors.
